3. Prices & Payments
3.1. All prices on the Website are displayed in EUR and include VAT (if applicable).

4. Ordering & Contract Formation

4.2. After order submission, the Customer receives an automatic confirmation email. This email does not guarantee product availability.
4.3. The purchase contract is considered concluded when the Company confirms dispatch of the order.
5. Delivery
5.1. Delivery times depend on product availability and courier services. Estimated delivery times are indicated during checkout.
5.2. Risk of accidental loss or damage passes to the Customer upon delivery.
6. Returns & Right of Withdrawal
6.1. Consumers (natural persons) have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from receiving the goods, in line with EU law, without providing a reason.
6.2. To exercise this right, the Customer must notify the Company by email and return the goods unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
6.3. The Customer bears the return shipping costs unless the goods are defective or wrongly supplied.
6.4. Refunds are made within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
6.5. Certain items (e.g., electrical parts, customized orders) may not be eligible for return as per legal exceptions.
7. Warranty & Liability
7.1. All goods are covered by the manufacturer’s or statutory warranty as required by law.
